Pediatric orthopedics – orthoses

orthoses for children

Best support for little world conquerors!

Children want to romp, play, test their limits. Accidents or injuries can happen. Or a child’s mobility is limited by congenital deformities or illnesses. This is at the expense of the quality of life.

Helping children and young people with orthopedic disabilities is our passion. We are experienced experts in the field of pediatric orthopedics and manufacture modern orthoses that are precise to the millimeter and offer your child support and give them more freedom of movement.

Does your child need an orthosis or do you have general questions? We are happy to be there for you and look forward to your call or visit!

What can an orthosis do?

Orthoses are used to stabilize or fix individual parts of the body or the entire body. For example, to correct misalignments after an accident or as part of an illness, to support the joints in their function, to make it easier for the body to stand up and move, and to set the course for the future development of the child or young person.

Through our expertise and close cooperation with doctors and physiotherapists, state-of-the-art production and strict quality controls, we achieve the best possible care for your child. And that colors and designs of the orthosis, e.g. B. with belts, are freely selectable by your child, of course!

What our customers say

“Yes, everyone is super nice and makes a lot possible. My son runs through Kajamed and has the opportunity to improve his spine with the corset. Everything goes quickly and smoothly. Keep it up.”

You are a very competent and nice team. Thanks to the splints you made, our son was able to learn to walk properly and can now live without a handicap. Thank you very much for this! Today, almost three years later Continue reading

I have to comment on my own post. My son is now 8 years old. After his birth, we had to put a lot of effort into him! The diagnosis was neuromuscular paraplegia in the right leg. We searched for the best doctors and found the one very best. And he works with you, and rightly so! Three years ago I wrote that my son can now walk normally! Today he is such a great guy, he is fit, is performance glimmer in the professional league! He moves as if it had never been otherwise. This is also so much to your credit! My wife and I thank you so much for your work! Please never stop doing this, you are giving children a handycap free future.

The right orthosis for every case

Kajamed offers a wide range of functional, custom-fit children’s orthoses for legs, arms, head and torso. Customization and great craftsmanship is extremely important in the manufacture of children’s orthoses in order to achieve an optimal therapy result.

It should also be taken into account that children are still growing and an orthosis can grow with them. This is where our many years of experience and research in the field of pediatric orthopedics pays off: After all, an orthosis that is correctly fitted can make a decisive contribution to correcting malpositions and restricted mobility at an early stage.
