This year’s Christmas party, like our other teamevents, was all about adventure and fun. We went to the Trakener Landhotel in the beautiful Ore Mountains for a hut cooking course and prepared tarte flambée, goulash and bread over an open fire.
In the Erzgebirge forest, a wooden hut without electricity and running water as well as two fireplaces awaited us. We divided into the teams “Flame Salmon” and “Gulash” and chopped all kinds of vegetables, meat and salmon and also prepared dips like mango salsa and sour cream.
This year’s highlight of the Christmas party: “Expert course – chopping wood with Kajamed” 😉
