As a young family business in orthopedic technology, our focus is on helping. For our customers – from little ones to old people – we manufacture and repair bandages, insoles and other medical aids. With our craft we not only relieve the limbs of our customers. We also make their everyday life easier.
We are looking for an apprentice or retrainee as an orthopedic technology mechanic in Zwickau (m/f/d) for the 2022 training year.
and for the training year 2023 an apprentice or retrainee as an orthopedic technology mechanic in Chemnitz (m/f/d).
your everyday work
- Assisting in the manual production of orthoses
- Getting to know all areas of orthotics (e.g. fittings for hands, knees, feet, torso, head)
- Processing of various materials (e.g. plastic, carbon, plaster, metal, silicone)
- Application of different manufacturing methods (e.g. grinding, setting, modeling)
- regular theoretical training at the vocational school in Gotha
