Hooray, Kajamed is on TV

As part of an MDR report for the program “Hauptsache Gesund” about lipoedema and lymphoedema, Susanne was able to sniff TV air for a day. The documentation describes the concern of a person concerned, from the assumption of costs by the health insurance company to coping with everyday life with all appointments, fights and teasing as well as the entire symptoms.

The report accompanies our customer Ms. Jahn through her odyssey of the long and arduous battle with her lipolymphedema. Ms. Jahn is accompanied in her search for a doctor who not only thinks she is obese and who makes the right diagnosis instead. The long search for a therapist for lymphatic drainage and the selection of a suitable compression therapy is also highlighted.

The shooting took place in the physiotherapy Allthera . Susanne, our compression therapy expert, accompanied Ms. Jahn on the day of the shoot and reported on how compression stockings work and how they work.
